“Any creative act must be impregnated with love, humanism and be a gift of oneself. The small talent which life gave us is there to be cultivated and must be used for daily happiness and reflection.”
About Bernard Kapfer:
Born in Paris in 1945, Kapfer first cultivated his talent at the National School of Decorative Arts of Nice.
His sculptures have been said to combine a sense of happiness with his inherent tradition of the perfectionism, a mix Kapfer derived from his origins and the exuberance of his Mediterranean settings. Known to reject any form of academism, Kapfer’s creative output reflects the great tradition of the Renaissance and expresses his vocation and dedication to his work.
Internationally recongnized, Kapfer’s work has been widely exhibited throughout Europe.
